When and where is the wedding and related events?

What will the weather be like in Isabela during the wedding weekend?
We’re so excited to welcome you to paradise! Late January in Isabela, Puerto Rico, is absolutely beautiful — expect warm days around 82–84°F (28–29°C) and comfortable evenings around 70°F (21°C). There's plenty of sunshine with an occasional brief rain shower, usually passing quickly thanks to the coastal breezes.
Are children invited?
While we have so much amor for your little ones, we’re keeping this celebration adults-only. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off, thank you for understanding!Can I bring a plus-one?
Unless your invitation specifically mentions a guest by name, we’re keeping the celebration intimate and would love to celebrate just with you!What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

What is the dress code for the welcome party?
Tropical chic cocktail attire — think elegant yet relaxed, with no shorts or flip flops. Please refer to our Dress Code page for inspiration and additional details!What should I expect at the welcome party?
The welcome party will be a fun and relaxed evening with cocktails, music, and light bites. It’s a great time to meet other guests and kick off the celebration!Will there be transportation provided?
We will provide shuttle service for those in our hotel block and centralized pick-up points for those in Airbnbs. Otherwise, there is parking available and/or local taxi companies. Please refer to the Travel page for additional information.

What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at Royal Isabela by no later than 4:30pm — you will need to allow time to go through the entrance and be transported by golf carts to the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.What is the dress code?
We’re asking all guests to come dressed in their finest black tie attire to celebrate with us in elegant style. Please refer to our Dress Code page for inspiration and additional details to look and feel your best!Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held outdoors, under a tent.How long will the ceremony last?
The ceremony will last about 30 minutes and will be immediately followed by a cocktail hour and dinner reception.What time does the reception end?
We haven’t branded our wedding weekend as “Party Til the AM” for no reason :) Our reception will officially end at 1:00am. For those who wish to keep the party going, stay tuned for details.
Is there a shuttle for the Saturday event?
We will be providing shuttle service from Courtyard Marriott Aguadilla to the venue, with return shuttles available after the reception. We will also provide centralized pick up locations for those staying in Airbnbs. More details will be provided closer to the event!Is there a specific parking area for the Saturday event?
If you plan to rent a car and drive, parking will be available at Royal Isabela free of charge. We also encourage our shuttles, carpooling or using local taxi services if you prefer! Please refer to the Transportation section on our Travel page for additional information.
